Right, I forgot that ImageJ2 commands do not record properly yet. The issue is
that ImageJ2 commands are _not_ ImageJ 1.x plugins, and need separate handling
for the recorder to emit something sensible.

It's been a known issue for quite some time, but AFAIK there was no existing
issue for it. So I filed one:
   https://github.com/imagej/imagej-legacy/issues/87

And unfortunately, no workaround for this problem occurs to me at the moment.
