Installation: Download Substack_Select.jar to the plugins folder and restart ImageJ to add the "Substack Select" command to the end of the Plugins/Stacks menu.

Description: This plugin displays a montage view of a stack and lets you select first and last slice of a desired substack by clicking on adequate thumbnails on the montage.
