Description: Calculates the mean, min, max and standard deviation of the pixel values along a straight line selection. Also displays the line length and angle. The Analyze/Measure command in ImageJ 1.31j or later will measure mean, min, max or standard deviation of the pixels along a line selection if these parameters are checked in Analyze/Set Measurements.
