Installation: Drag and drop ZAxis_Profiler.java onto the "ImageJ" window and compile and run it using the Plugins>Compile and Run command.

Description: This plugin does dynamix Z or T axis profiling. Note that the built in Image>Stacks>Plot Z-axis Profile command in ImageJ 1.48m or later also does dynamic profiling.
