<div dir="ltr"><div><div>Hi <br><br></div>I just updated to pom-scijava-1.55 and am having trouble running a jython script (was working fine until I updated, I hadn't updated in a few weeks so I don't know exactly when it broke).<br>
<br></div><div>when I call "os.path.exists" I get...<br></div><div><br>"java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError: Found class com.kenai.jffi.InvocationBuffer, but interface was expected"<br><br>I thought maybe the imagej jython version had been updated but it looks like it is still 2.5.2. <br>
<br></div>I did see that JRuby was updated about a month ago. Googling the error I actually get something that occurred in ImageJ over one year ago...<br><br><a href="http://code.google.com/p/fiji-bi/source/detail?r=4f02393741c9bedafb32722af2ee5c3fef0b53bb">http://code.google.com/p/fiji-bi/source/detail?r=4f02393741c9bedafb32722af2ee5c3fef0b53bb</a><br>
<div><div><div><br></div><div>Any chance the same thing happened?? <br><br></div><div>If so I thought I'd let you know. If not the problem is probably on my end and I will continue sleuthing. <br><br>Thanks<br></div>
