I'm gonna guess that your .form files are somehow missing. Eg for
PostCard.java there should be a corresponding PostCard.form file.
I'd look for them in version control/backups. Also check "Local
History", in NB right click on PostCard.java -> History ->
Show History.<br>

While it's not impossible to regenerate from scratch, it's not
super easy/robust.<br>
