For the Fiji instances where Ctrl+O is not working:

 When you run the "Help > Report a Bug" command in Fiji, the resulting dialog

contains a section entitled "Useful information about your system". Could you

please paste that information here?

For Fiji not starting:

 Just to confirm - did you download the 32-bit windows distribution from this

page[1]?

 Can you try launching from the console[2], and let us know what error messages

you see?
