<pre>Yes, the file was there and getting rid of it allowed Fiji to start. The
plugins also work now.
Before all this kicked off I tried running the updated with the Java site
ticked, but after the update I couldn't launch the programme anymore. I wonder
if that temporary file was to blame for that too.
I still have the folder with the previous version of Fiji, so I could check
that if you'd like.</pre>
