<pre>I downloaded a fresh Fiji, and ran my minimal script in it.
The results were the same.
I deselected all of the update sites except ImageJ and Fiji, and still
have the same result.
One thing -- I am loading a single image that is about 1Gpixel.
If you are loading a stack, maybe the memory allocation is done differently?
I will upload a heapstack with the fresh Fiji, and also an example image, when
I am next at a high speed connection.</pre>
