I feel something wrong with behavior of "ROI Manager", recently.
I think each ROI in the "ROI Manager" is applied to all opened image files.
However the "ROI Manager" is applied only one TIFF image. When I selected
another TIFF image and click "ROI Manager" window, Fiji does not work.

Example recipe for this problem here
- Open two TIFF image files. (If one of them is PNG file, "Roi Manager" works
normally.)
- Open RoiSet.zip. (automatically open "Roi Manager" window)
- Apply ROIs to one TIFF image by clicking "Show all" check box.
- Select another Tiff image.
- Apply ROIs to the 2nd TIFF file by clicking "Show all".

I was aware of this problem during the few days and before that there is no
problem on this matter.
