<pre>It says here that Bio-Formats should recognise the .seq file:
<a href="https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/bio-formats5.1/formats/imagepro-sequence.html">https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/bio-formats5.1/formats/imagepro-sequence.html</a>
However, when I try to open the files generated by EasyRatioPro software
(<a href="http://www.pti-nj.com/products/Fluorescence-Imaging-Systems/EasyRatioPro/EasyRatioPro.html">http://www.pti-nj.com/products/Fluorescence-Imaging-Systems/EasyRatioPro/EasyRatioPro.html</a>),
it says that the file format is nor recognised. Looking at the contents, it
seems that .seq is just tiff images interspersed with metadata, so should be
openable...
Please let me know if you would like a .seq file or the session .esf file to
reproduce it.
Kind Regards,
Nickolai.
