 Unfortunately this is an ongoing issue with the 3D viewer. It's hard-coded to
download Java 3D from a server that occasionally goes down (it is not
controlled by the ImageJ team).

 We are looking into simply shipping a newer Java 3D version which would bypass
this problem completely[1]. It's just a matter of time and testing right now.

 Currently, however, all you can do is wait for the server to come back up.
