format, written by Henry Pinkard, at: <a href="https://github.com/scifio/scifio-hdf5">https://github.com/scifio/scifio-hdf5</a>.

But right now it only has a writer, not a reader, and only to (IIUC) an

Imaris-specific flavor of HDF5.

It would super awesome if your HDF5 reader plugin could become part of the

scifio-hdf5 project, so that all tools that use SCIFIO (including ImageJ2)

would gain automatic support for reading HDF5. Then we wouldn't need a separate

update site for this anymore.</pre>
