<pre>Carolina, I would strongly suggest not to mix development from an IDE with
usage of the ImageJ Updater.
* When developing from an IDE, classpath elements (i.e., JAR files) are defined
in your project's POM file.
* When running as a user application (i.e., from an ImageJ.app folder via the
ImageJ Launcher executable), classpath elements are taken from the JAR files
stored in the jars/ and plugins/ folders of the application root.
The Updater does not know how to deal properly with the scenario where you run
from within an IDE.</pre>
