        <pre>Hi Phil,

 I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading this manual.

 Unfortunately, there is not much we can do to help you directly. I was able to
view and download the manual without problem. So it sounds like there could be
a problem with your acrobat reader, browser, etc... but that this isn't an
issue with Fiji itself.

For the purposes of this bug tracker, I'm going to close this as "invalid"
because of the scope of the problem (not being a Fiji bug).

However, I would recommend you try some of the following:

* Try downloading from <a href="http://imagej.net/plugins/fraclac/fraclac-manual.pdf">http://imagej.net/plugins/fraclac/fraclac-manual.pdf</a>
* Look through the Adobe troubleshooting guides, e.g.
<a href="http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-view-pdf-web.html">http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-view-pdf-web.html</a>
* Googling for the error message if there is one, or just "screen freeze
viewing pdf on [your OS + browser combination]"
* Try another browser
* Make sure your browser/acrobat reader installations are up to date

If those don't work, you could also send a mail to the ImageJ list:
<a href="http://imagej.net/list.html">http://imagej.net/list.html</a>
Someone may be able to point you to alternative resources.

Good luck!
- Mark</pre>
