type of a variable; there seems not to be any.
Feel free to dig deeper and come up with a way to determine -- in ImageJ 1.x'
macro language -- whether a given variable is a string or a number (which we
would need to support your use case).
Until we have such a method, I am afraid I have to mark this with a WONTFIX.</pre>
