Unfortunately right now TrackMate does not do that. I measure features only
from the channel it tracked. You have two paths:

- You create your own spot analyzer that targets a specific channel
<a href="http://fiji.sc/How_to_write_your_own_spot_feature_analyzer_algorithm_for_TrackMate">http://fiji.sc/How_to_write_your_own_spot_feature_analyzer_algorithm_for_TrackMate</a>

- As someone told me he did, you can manually edit the xml file to load an
image file containing the 2nd channel, then call the action to recompute all
features.
