<pre>It looks like this originated because we switched from a custom 2.5.2 uber-jar
to the pure "jython" distribution at 2.5.3. We were then missing all the extra
classes that come with "jython-standalone."
We believe a temporary solution may be to switch the dependency to
jython-standalone 2.5.3. But we want to get away from the uber-jar usage long
term, as some of the components distributed in jython-standalone are
distributed independently in Fiji. So it's not clear if there will be new
negative interactions introduced by jython-standalone 2.5.3.</pre>
