Sorry, don't have access to a Mac OSX system here.
What worked for me was either
1.) copying the .java and .class files into the plugins/BioVoxxel subfolder
restarting Fiji and the plugins run,
2.) placing the .java files in the respective folder and running the >Plugins
<span class="quote">>Compile and Run... function.</span >
Both worked on Windows 7 as a workaround.
So far, I can't make any statement about Mac or Linux.
I hope it will turn out that it is related to a specific change in the new Fiji
version. Otherwise I a lost for the quest on solutions.
I will try today to provide the package from my homepage in a more convenient
way as currently. This will enable the workaround to be done more easily.
